Individual consultations are offered to Mandel Graduates in order to leverage their competencies, to provide them with opportunities, to acquire further professional knowledge and to assist them in their career development. Individual consultations also aim to support the Graduates in dealing with challenges they face in realizing their vision, whether in established organizations or in new educational and social initiatives. Each consultation request is examined according to pre-determined criteria, by the Consultation Committee, which meets   four times a year.

Consultation tracks:

• Up to 15 consultation hours: short-term consultations mainly focus on career development or a specific professional challenge.
• Up to 30 consultation hours: long-term consultations mainly focus on accompanying Graduates in new positions.
• Over 30 consultation hours: annual consultation, mainly characterizing organizational consultation.

A special 6 hour consultation track is available for specific and focused counseling (based on the Graduate Unit Director’s approval).
