Mandel Jerusalem Fellows
The Mandel Jerusalem Fellows (MJF) is a one-year, residential fellowship program based at the Mandel Leadership Institute. This fellowship is aimed at mid-career professionals with a proven track record in Jewish educational and communal leadership. Our mission is to invigorate Jewish life around the world by preparing professionals to lead community institutions and direct educational initiatives with vision, commitment, and practical wisdom.

Management Excellence Programs
Management Excellence Programs are designed to help senior professional leaders maximize their organizations’ impact. These initiatives apply Mandel expertise to help senior leaders in organizations realize their potential impact on Israeli society.  Programs include ongoing professional development, preparation of professionals to provide training within their organizations and individualized mentoring of executives.  Other programs help strengthen Israel-Diaspora understanding, relationships and commitment. A related endeavor engages visiting lay and professional Jewish leaders, to examine the meaning of Israel in their identity and in Jewish life today, and explore modes of mutual engagement.

The Visions Unit
The Visions Unit develops contents and methods that deepen the Mandel Leadership Institute’s expertise in the training of vision-guided educational leadership and enhance the effectiveness of its programs.  Development efforts are based on a range of activities, including collaboration with prominent thinkers in formulating new ideas, constructing demonstration sites in the field, experimental training initiatives, publication of materials, and the establishment of an online resource center. The products of these activities are disseminated to educational leaders in Israel and in Jewish communities around the world and are incorporated into the work of MLI’s training programs.
